Coagulation & Clotting Tests in Visakhapatnam
Tests that check how well your blood clots – essential before surgery, for bleeding problems and for people on blood thinners.
About coagulation & clotting tests at SMS Diagnostics
Blood clotting (coagulation) is a finely balanced process. If blood clots too slowly, you may bleed or bruise easily; if it clots too easily, dangerous clots can form in veins or arteries. Coagulation tests measure how long blood takes to clot and the levels of key clotting factors.
SMS Diagnostics, Visakhapatnam offers routine coagulation tests used before surgery and dental procedures, for evaluating bleeding symptoms, and for regular INR monitoring in people taking warfarin or similar medicines.
